Our movers can hook up the appliances at no extra charge, however, we are not formally responsible for the quality of the service. To be sure the hook up is done properly (especially gas appliances) it might be best to hire a licensed specialist.

For local moves, you can cancel or reschedule your reservation without a penalty. Short notice reschedules might not be granted due to limited availability. If you have to, please, be sure to cancel your reservation in advance, so that we have time to find another job for our movers.
For long-distance moves, the deposit is not refundable and rescheduling is more difficult for us to accommodate. There might be an extra charge to cover our non-refundable expenses such as flight tickets. Please, plan your dates carefully.

  • Are the rates negotiable?

For local moves, rates are typically fixed as we already provide rates below the market. Sometimes, you can get a discount if you are flexible with the dates. • What is the best time to start my move?

Depending on the size of your move, 8:00 or 9:00 am. This way, movers will finish packing and loading your stuff and hit the road when there is least traffic.

  • I have an item missing. What do I do?

Don't panic. Moving can be quite a chaotic process, so this is a very common situation. Allow yourself a few days to unpack everything and check all the boxes. It also could be the case that the item was left behind at your old place. 99% of our customers find the items they are missing within a few hours or a few days after calling us about the loss.
Our movers thoroughly check and clean the trucks after each move, so it is very unlikely that an item was forgotten in the truck. If you still can't find it, contact us and we will see what can be done.

  • Do KZ2 movers speak English?

Foreman - the leader of your moving team will speak English. Most of our movers speak at least basic English sufficient for doing their job. If you ever feel like miscommunication might occur, you can always call us and a manager will explain to the team your thoughts in their native language.
